A community event at St Peter’s Church, Woolton, on July 6th 1957 produced a moment of magic; one that went on to change the world.  If it could happen once, it could happen again. That’s why community is so important, and why it was the central theme of our celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the day that John met Paul in 2017!

The history and heritage of St Peter’s goes much further than the Beatles, though, and on this website we plan to celebrate all aspects of our historic site.

This website is maintained entirely by volunteers and so many pages will be under construction for a while (probably quite a while!), so please bear with us!
